The opportunities within our support staff include positions such as paralegal, legal secretary, document production, information systems, accounting, office services, and administrative assistant. Given our diverse areas of practice, we seek individuals with different employment backgrounds and legal expertise. The preferred candidate should be comfortable communicating with both attorneys and clients and be multi-task proficient.
We frequently have employment opportunities available for qualified legal secretaries. Our legal secretaries maintain office organization, are detail oriented, and have the ability to service the workloads of two or more busy attorneys. Candidates should be very familiar with software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Windows operating system.
