Rogers Towers recruits lawyers as lateral hires on an as-needed basis. Positions of this nature occasionally become available based on a particular skill needed in the various practice areas. The firm focuses on the lateral applicant’s skills, talents, experience and reputation in their particular area of practice when making the decision to hire laterally.
