Florida Association of County Attorneys Recognizes Michael S. Mullin

The Florida Association of County Attorneys, Inc. (FACA) presented Michael S. Mullin with the “Gordon Johnston Award” at its annual conference. The award represents professionalism for local government attorneys, and is presented for outstanding contributions and commitment to the FACA and its programs.

Mullin is the managing attorney of Rogers Towers’ Nassau County office. His practice focuses on local and state government, civil litigation, and real property, including zoning and comprehensive planning matters. Previously, Mullin was the Nassau County Attorney for 25 years. In this position, he represented the Board of County Commissioners, the Clerk of the Court, and the Supervisor of Elections.

FACA is a Florida non-profit corporation, whose purpose is to advise the Florida Association of Counties’ Board of Directors on issues of county interest and to provide a forum for research, advice and discussion in the development of local government law, including technical support assistance.
