Rogers Towers Hires Longtime Litigation Attorney
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 8, 2013) – Rogers Towers, P.A. is pleased to announce Scott J. Topolski as a new Shareholder in the firm. Topolski joins the firm’s Litigation Department and will focus his practice on commercial litigation, insurance litigation, creditors’ rights, business litigation, construction litigation, and employment litigation. He will practice in the firm’s office located in Boca Raton, Florida. The firm’s Boca Raton office will offer its full range of legal services to its commercial and individual clients.
Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Mr. Topolski was a partner with the law firm Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs for nine years where he served as partner in charge of the firm’s office in Boca Raton. In addition, he served as a member of the firm’s executive committee as well as chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Topolski received his undergraduate degree in Journalism, with a minor in Political Science from Rider University in 1984. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 1987.
