Rogers Towers represents owners, developers, contractors, homeowners, subcontractors, materials manufacturers, and design professionals in construction matters. The projects we are involved with range from simple single-family dwellings to large commercial buildings and planned unit developments.
We have assembled a team of attorneys and legal assistants who have experience in the complexities of construction law. Our Construction Group offers a full range of legal services from contract review and preparation, development of risk management programs, and litigation of disputes involving construction failures, delay disruption and loss of efficiency claims, lien and bond claims, jobsite injuries, OSHA claims, environmental remediation, intellectual property disputes, and toxic torts. We have experience in a broad range of building design, materials testing and construction of projects of all sizes and complexity.
We have experience in all aspects of public contracting at the federal, state and local levels, including bid and proposal preparation, procurement protests, contract negotiation, change orders, claims, contract compliance issues, disputes, and litigation.
Many also have a professional background in the fields of construction and engineering. Our attorneys stay abreast of developments within the industry by participating in trade associations, as well as the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry.
