A. Graham Allen
Practice Area
Mr. Allen is the former chair of Rogers Towers’ Litigation Department. His practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and construction litigation. He has extensive trial experience including jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. His commercial litigation experience includes contract litigation, officer/director liability, product liability, eminent domain, will contests and other probate litigation. Mr. Allen’s construction litigation experience includes the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design professionals in litigation regarding major construction projects.
