Practice Area
Mr. Ibach is a member of the Real Estate Department. One area of Mr. Ibach’s practice consists of representing lending institutions in commercial real estate lending transactions, corporate assets-based lending transactions and loan restructuring transactions. In addition, Mr. Ibach regularly represents developers with respect to land acquisitions and sales, development matters and construction of single tenant properties, retail shopping centers, multi-family properties and office buildings.
