Practice Area
Mr. Anderson is chair of Rogers Towers’ Real Estate Department. His practice focuses mostly on real estate and construction lending; real estate acquisition, development and sales; and commercial leasing. Mr. Anderson’s lending practice involves the representation of national and state banks, credit unions, insurance companies and private lenders both as senior lenders and mezzanine lenders. Additionally, his leasing practice involves the representation of landlords and tenants in retail leases, office building leases, industrial warehouse leases, ground leases, master leases and subleases.
