Rogers Towers provides legal services to banking and financial institutions including commercial banks, thrift institutions, finance and leasing companies, credit unions, and insurance companies. We represent both lenders and borrowers in matters ranging from simple working capital and term loans, to large complex transactions. We also assist in preparing letters of credit and participations among two or more lenders and in preparing, reviewing and interpreting trust indentures for large financing transactions.
Additionally, we represent financial institutions in collection, foreclosures and other litigation matters and in resolving financially troubled loans.
