Rogers Towers' Attorneys Named Among Top Business Litigation Lawyers in State
Florida Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized A. Graham Allen and Edward McCarthy, III of Rogers Towers in their 2009 list of top business litigation attorneys. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers magazine.
Both attorneys are members of Rogers Towers’ Litigation Department and are board certified in civil trial law by The Florida Bar.
Allen is the chair of Rogers Towers’ Litigation Department. His practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and construction litigation. McCarthy’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, tort litigation and trials by civil jury.
