Anne K. Buzby Elected a Fellow of The American College of Trust & Estate Counsel
Rogers Towers is pleased to announce that Anne K. Buzby has been elected a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Buzby is a shareholder at the firm and practices in estate and probate law.
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a national professional organization of more than 2,600 lawyers who have made outstanding contributions to the field of trust and estate law. ACTEC’s mission is to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures and professional responsibility.
Prospective members (Fellows) are nominated by members in their geographic area and are evaluated on the basis of professional reputation and ability in the fields of trusts and estates, and on the basis of having made substantial contributions to these fields through lecturing, writing, teaching and Bar activities. Members of the public may obtain the names of ACTEC members in their geographic area on the ACTEC website and www.actec.org.
