The firm’s clients are involved in projects as diverse as office towers, shopping centers and other retail outlets, campus office spaces, industrial properties, golf course communities, residential subdivisions and maritime properties. Such representation frequently includes advising clients in Section 1031 tax-free exchanges, reviewing and issuing title insurance; addressing land use and platting issues, submerged land lease issues and coastal construction restrictions; working with engineers and architects to obtain project permits including wetland permits and utility permits; the preparation of master covenants and restrictions and the establishment of homeowner associations.
