Our Real Estate Group represents residential real estate developers and homebuilders in connection with the structuring large mixed use and residential projects. We work closely with developers and governmental authorities in establishing residential subdivisions, including both platting and replatting subdivision lots and roads, and drafting association bylaws and building and use restrictions. In addition to such representation, our Real Estate Group represents individuals and mortgage companies in residential closings.
