Tax controversies inevitably arise during the course of any business and our attorneys work to find effective and creative resolutions to the tax problems of our clients. Our tax controversy practice includes representation of clients in federal and state tax audits, administrative appeals, ruling requests, and tax litigation before the various federal and state trial and appellate courts, including in particular the U.S. Tax Court. We routinely represent clients disputing taxes imposed by the Florida Department or Revenue.
