Our Labor and Employment Group provides a full range of business immigration services to our clients. We develop programs to help our clients meet their business immigration goals and obtain the necessary visas to implement such programs. We routinely process a wide array of non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, B-1, TN, J-1 and F-1 visas, and permanent residency petitions. Processing includes obtaining, transferring or extending visas through the Immigration and Naturalization Service and/or consular processing abroad. Our Group regularly advises U.S. employers with respect to their legal obligations and liability under the immigration laws and handles compliance audits relating to immigration matters, including employment verification and I-9 audits.
