The Rogers Towers Construction Law Practice Group consists of attorneys who are actively engaged in the representation of owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty trade subcontractors in contract drafting and a myriad of construction disputes, including arbitrations, trials and appeals throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast. The Construction Law Practice Group represents clients in matters ranging in size from multi-million dollar claims arising from large complex public and private construction projects to smaller disputes that arise out of residential and smaller commercial construction projects. The firm is dedicated to providing its construction clients with legal analysis and practical insight in order to avoid, or when necessary, efficiently and advantageously resolve construction disputes.
