Environmental - Litigation
The environmental attorneys at Rogers Towers are dedicated to the representation of industrial and commercial clients, developers and real property buyers, sellers and lenders. We’re committed to resolving environmental issues that impact transactions, handling agency enforcement actions, participating in multi-party negotiations and litigation for Superfund sites, and representing clients in private and governmental cost recovery actions.
The cases we manage include environmental torts, economic and cleanup damages from alleged contamination of air, soil, groundwater and surface water. What’s more, we’re often involved in claims of subsurface soil and groundwater contamination arising from a variety of activities. These claims are generally related to the use, handling storage and disposal of petroleum products, hazardous substances and wastes and other toxic chemicals.
Clients come to Rogers Towers for counsel in a variety of water-related problems, such as wetland mitigation and enforcement, permits for consumptive water use, dock and marina permits, and the control, treatment and discharge of stormwater.
In addition, we defend air pollution cases, asbestos cases and indoor air quality, including mold matters – all with an understanding of toxicology, hydrogeology, epidemiology, air modeling, and other disciplines.
