Labor and Management Relations

Rogers Towers’ Labor and Employment group is dedicated to earning our clients’ trust in labor law issues. We’ve built our practice on representing employers in union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings, and counsel our non-union clients on retaining their non-union status. We routinely advise clients on contract interpretation issues, and actively work with them in planning for and working through work stoppages, including matters like training management and solidifying injunctive relief against mass picketing, violence and illegal strikes.
