Rogers Towers’ experience includes conventional apartment finance, the multi-family programs of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private conduits engaged in mortgage securitization. We serve our clients’ needs by handling the documentation and closing of loans that are secured by apartment projects. What’s more, we counsel clients on rights and remedies that arise from the origination, sale, pooling and servicing of multi-family loans, and often represent developers as they structure complex financial arrangements.
