Main Biography
Mr. Rust is a member of Rogers Towers’ Banking and Financial Services Practice Group and its Litigation Department. An AV rated attorney, Mr. Rust’s practice focuses primarily on serving banking industry clients who have acquired failed institutions from the FDIC under loss share agreements. Mr. Rust serves banking industry clients in all aspects of commercial loan litigation, mortgage foreclosures, lender liability defense, and other matters related to defaulted loan workouts and collection. Mr. Rust’s practice is also concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, contract litigation, business torts and real estate litigation. He has trial experience in both state and federal courts.
