Main Biography
Ms. Parker is a member of Rogers Towers’ Construction Department. She focuses exclusively on the practice of construction law, representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, governmental entities, homeowners and condominium associations in a variety of construction-related matters. Ms. Parker assists clients throughout the entire project spectrum, commencing at project conception and continuing through punchlist completion and beyond, including drafting and negotiating contract documents and resolving any construction-related disputes that may arise.
