Main Biography

Ms. Russell has practiced in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate court level in areas of commercial litigation, First Amendment law and land use litigation.

Previous Professional Experience

From 1998 to 2000, prior to joining Rogers Towers, Ms. Russell served as a law clerk to United States District Judge William Terrell Hodges of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In 2004, Ms. Russell served as an Adjunct Professor of Lawyering Process at Florida Coastal School of Law.
