Main Biography
Mr. Maguire is the former chair of Rogers Towers’ Environmental and Land Use Department. He practices exclusively in the environmental field, including representing individuals, local governments, businesses, lenders and trusts concerning: environmental compliance advice; real estate and corporate transactions; permitting, enforcement, and litigation of all environmental issues; handling, treatment, permitting for and disposal of hazardous, toxic or solid substances and wastes, and petroleum products; regulation of underground storage tanks; air and water quality; wastewater treatment and disposal; marina and dock permittings; sovereignty submerged land leases; dredge and fill and wetlands, potable water supply and groundwater protection; and odor and noise control.
