Mr. Kelly practices exclusively in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and related unfair competition matters.
Previous Professional Experience
Mr. Kelly has four years of engineering experience in structural analysis, including linear, non-linear, seismic, and wind analysis. He also has extensive experience in dynamic and finite element modeling of complex structural systems. Mr. Kelly concentrated his research studies on aeroelasticity of long-span suspended bridges and wind effects on high-rise and low-rise buildings.
