Main Biography
Cristy concentrates her current Paralegal practice around overall lender services including both real estate and civil litigation. More specifically, commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to close, commercial and residential condominium and property association formation and lien law, foreclosures, deficiency suits, and collection activity.
Previous Professional Experience
Cristy's 14 years of legal experience has also included work in insurance litigation, land use compliance matters with a large focus on tax assessment appeal work, entity formation documentation, and general commercial litigation matters including trial preparation.
