Main Biography
Ms. Boyd's concentration as a Paralegal has been in the Syndication/Commercial Real Estate Development and Financial field. For over 10 years, she has worked on various complex mixed- finance affordable housing and community development projects throughout the country. She has previously assisted clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, acquisition, development, financing, leasing and zoning of commercial, retail, and residential properties. Additionally, Ms. Boyd reviews and manages due diligence, including extranets; reviews land and as-built surveys, commitments and policies; reviews tax code requirements; drafts partnership and loan documents; and manages closing and post-closing process.
