JACKSONVILLE, FL March 10, 2022 - The law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A. is pleased to announce the recent addition of Alexandria V. Hill as a Shareholder in the Jacksonville office.
Ms. Hill is a member of Rogers Towers' Business & Tax department. She brings broad-based transactional and franchising experience to Rogers Towers. Ms. Hill served as General Counsel at Maple Street Biscuit Co. Under Ms. Hill's direction, she guided that company's rapid expansion and franchising. The expansion and success of Maple Street drew the interest of Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, who ended up acquiring Maple Street at the end of 2019. Ms. Hill then moved to Cracker Barrel's headquarters in Nashville and continued to serve in the role of Chief Operating Officer of Maple Street. After her commitment was fulfiilled, she returned to North Florida and joined Rogers Towers.
In previous experience, Ms. Hill worked with several small to medium, size companies, serving as outside general counsel on a wide variety of corporate matters.
Ms. Hill earned her B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Stetson University, summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from University of Florida, Levin College of Law, cum laude.
