Timothy D. Hedrick joined the firm in 2012. Mr. Hedrick is a member of Rogers Towers' Business & Tax department, focusing on health law and general corporate and business transactions. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, summa cum laude.
William R. Jackman joined the firm in 2018. Mr. Jackman is a member of the Business & Tax department, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity transactions and international business and financing transactions. He earned his Juris Doctor from an International Joint Program at University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy Schools of Law, magna cum laude.
