JACKSONVILLE, FL, March 22, 2019 - The law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A. is pleased to welcome four established attorneys to the firm’s Labor & Employment department.

Robert G. Riegel, Jr. has more than 35 years’ experience representing management clients across the full spectrum of employment law. He handles all aspects of employment litigation, including jury trials, administrative trials and hearings, and arbitrations. Mr. Riegel has successfully litigated employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual and racial harassment cases, wrongful discharge claims, Fair Labor Standards Act actions and breach of contract claims. He also handles non-compete and trade secrets litigation.

Eric J. Holshouser practices all aspects of labor and employment law, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, health and safety, employee benefits, non-compete, trade secret and wrongful discharge law, as well as legal matters involving union-company relations. He also represents employers in both state and federal court in the areas of labor relations, discrimination, non-compete enforcement, sexual harassment, breach of contract and fraud. Mr. Holshouser is currently serving as President of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys.

Kathryn K. Rudderman counsels employers on best practices to achieve employment law compliance, assists employers in developing policies and procedures, and advises employers on decisions involving all aspects of employment law. She also works with employers to defend against charges of discrimination and lawsuits when filed by current and former employees.
