JACKSONVILLE, FL, February 25, 2021 - Rogers Towers, P.A, one of Florida's oldest full-service law firms, is pleased to announce Shareholder Jason P. Rudderman has been elected to the firm's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Rudderman has been with the firm since 2012. He earned both his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, and Master of Business Administration from Florida State University ('12), and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida ('09). Mr. Rudderman focuses his practice on middle market M&A transactions and regularly consults private companies on entity formation, corporate governance and general contract and operational matters. He was named a Florida Trend Magazine "Legal Elite Up & Comer" in Business Law in 2020.
Mr. Rudderman will join current Board members, Fred D. Franklin, Jr., Chairman of the Board, Managing Director, and Shareholder, along with Shareholders Christine T. Adams, Joseph Clay Meux, Jr., and Cheryl L. Worman.
