Physicians

The attorneys at Rogers Towers defend physicians, physicians’ groups, hospitals and other health care providers in medical malpractice suits involving allegations of professional medical misconduct.  We have board certified civil trial lawyers experienced in handling malpractice claims from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, if necessary.   In addition to our litigation expertise, our attorneys have many years of experience in the representation of health care professionals in claims involving peer review and credentialing, risk management and employment issues, and professional licensing and discipline matters.

Accountants

We have experience representing accountants, auditors and tax preparers in all types of litigation, including federal and state securities law, and malpractice claims. We have successfully briefed and argued the availability of comparative client negligence for auditors in the first such decision in Florida. We have also prosecuted claims against auditors for failed S&Ls on behalf of the RTC.

Architects and Engineers

Our firm’s long-standing expertise in the area of construction litigation has included representing clients in the areas of architect and engineer professional liability. Our representation includes both the initiating and defending of architect and engineer professional liability lawsuits.
