Mr. Patacca is a member of Rogers Towers' Litigation department. He has extensive trial experience representing clients in complex civil litigation matters of product liability, catastrophic personal injury, professional negligence, and financial and business disputes. His trial experience includes recovering two, eight-figure verdicts in product liability actions. Before attending law school, Mr. Patacca passed the Uniform CPA Examination and was employed with a Big Eight accounting firm. Mr. Patacca is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar, and he is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
