Mr. Crafton is a member of Rogers Towers’ Construction and Litigation Departments.  His construction practice focuses on representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, governmental entities, homeowners and condominium associations in a variety of construction-related matters (lien disputes, construction defects, delay and disruption claims).  His Bank Litigation practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial banking and creditor’s rights litigation, including loan enforcement, asset recovery and other banking litigation. Mr. Crafton also represents landlords on a variety of matters including evictions, actions for damages and other matters involving construction on rental property.
