Matson Coxe is a member of the Rogers Towers Litigation Department and practices in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate court level. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional malpractice, and defending serious personal injury claims, including wrongful death. Mr. Coxe also has extensive experience prosecuting and defending title and other real property matters. Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Mr. Coxe served as in-house litigation counsel for a Fortune 500 company and associate for a national firm in Virginia.
