Mr. Hill is a member of Rogers Towers Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of clients engaged in the purchase, sale, lease and development of commercial and residential real estate transactions, ranging in scope to include retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, and vacant land projects, as well as the representation of lenders and borrowers in conjunction with the finance and restructuring of real estate loans involving such real estate transactions. Mr. Hill has extensive title insurance experience, and his practice also includes the representation of national title insurance companies and their insureds in conjunction with curative actions to resolve a wide variety of title issues impacting insured properties, including both prosecuting and defending actions involving real property title disputes.
