Mr. Phillips is a member of Rogers Towers' Government and Regulatory department and Construction department.
Previous Professional Experience
During law school, Mr. Phillips worked as a Research Assistant to Steven J. Mulroy, Professor of Law. Mr. Phillips was also a notes editor of The University of Memphis Law Review.
