Mr. Hedrick is a member of Rogers Towers’ Business & Tax Department, focusing on health law and general corporate and business transactions.  Mr. Hedrick’s health law practice focuses primarily on regulatory compliance, health care fraud and abuse, and mergers and acquisitions.  Outside of health law, Mr. Hedrick also assists clients with general business matters, including entity formation and acquisitions and sales of business.

Before becoming a member of the Business & Tax Department, Mr. Hedrick was a member of Rogers Towers’ Litigation Department.  While a member of the Litigation Department, Mr. Hedrick focused primarily on general commercial litigation, creditors’ rights litigation, and non-compete litigation.

Previous Professional History

Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Mr. Hedrick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gerald Bard Tjoflat, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, from 2011 to 2012.
