Rogers Towers Welcomes Joseph P. Kincart

Jacksonville, FL, August 17, 2016 - The law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph P. Kincart to the Jacksonville office. Mr. Kincart, who is admitted to practice law in New York State and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, has previously worked in private practice as an in-house lawyer at two multinational corporations.

Mr. Kincart is the Founder of Ideation Law, PLLC, and the Independent Patent Advancement Company (iPAC). He served as Senior Counsel in the Clifford Chance Global Intellectual Property Group where he developed intellectual property portfolio strategies, prosecuted patents, and assisted clients in all aspects of intellectual property licensing. Mr. Kincart also served as General Counsel – Patents for Johnson & Johnson where he focused particularly on IP issues affecting the company’s biocompatible micro-sized computing platforms and contact lens based computing solutions.

Mr. Kincart received a B.S. with Distinction majoring in Information Systems from Pace University in 1990 and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1996.
