Caitlyn is a member of the Rogers Towers Business and Tax Department. Caitlyn assists clients with the creation of their LLCs and Not-For-Profit Corporations as well as the preparation and negotiation of operating agreements, bylaws, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other corporate documents. Caitlyn graduated with her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2024. During law school, Caitlyn was a member of the Florida State University Law Review.
