Professional Experience / Bio

Ms. Proctor is an attorney in the Litigation Department at Rogers Towers, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, real estate and land use disputes, and environmental litigation.

Carson approaches her practice with a strategic, detail-oriented mindset, working to develop efficient case strategies while remaining prepared for all phases of litigation. She values clear communication and works to ensure clients are informed and equipped to make practical decisions throughout the course of a matter.

Carson developed strong legal writing and analytical skills through her legal education and early professional experience. She has routinely worked with complex civil litigation matters requiring careful issue-spotting and precise written analysis, strengthening her judgment, attention to detail, and ability to support litigation teams on time-sensitive assignments.

Outside of her practice, Carson is actively involved in the Jacksonville community, holding leadership roles within service and professional organizations such as the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville’s Beaches.
