Mr. Ely is the current Chairman of the firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including representation of lender clients in acquisition, development and construction loan transactions, work-out, and general banking matters. He also represents landowners and developers on a variety of issues including contract preparation, land acquisition and sales, and due diligence review.
