JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (December 10, 2012) – Rogers Towers shareholder, Tatiana R. Salvador, has been appointed a 4 th Circuit Court judge by Governor Rick Scott. Ms. Salvador will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Clay Circuit Judge McCarthy “Mack” Crenshaw.

A member of the Florida Bar since 1994, Ms. Salvador represents national and local businesses and individuals, from initial interview through mediation and trial in civil litigation matters in the fields of commercial litigation, business torts, contract disputes, banking litigation, and commercial landlord/tenant litigation. In addition, Ms. Salvador litigates cases involving estate and guardianship matters, and represents individuals in marital and family law proceedings. Ms. Salvador earned her J.D. from the University of Florida with honors and her B.A. from Duke University.

Prior to joining Rogers Towers in 2001, Ms. Salvador served as Prosecuting Attorney with The Fourth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office where she handled over 100 jury trials in Duval, Clay and Nassau counties, prosecuting criminal cases from intake through jury trial for offenses ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder. Her past professional experience includes instructing law enforcement personnel at the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM), Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Jacksonville Beach Police Department, Atlantic Beach Police Department, and prosecuting attorneys at statewide seminars sponsored by the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association (FPAA)
