Courtney P. Gaver sworn in by the Honorable Daniel F. Wilensky

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—After recently passing the Florida Bar, Courtney P. Gaver was sworn in at the Duval County Courthouse on April 20th by the Honorable Daniel F. Wilensky.

Ms. Gaver is joining Rogers Towers as an associate in the litigation department and will be working out of the Ponte Vedra Beach office. She focuses her practice in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, and land use, zoning and concurrency.

Ms. Gaver earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in December 2015. During law school, Ms. Gaver served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Daniel F. Wilensky at the Fourth Judicial Circuit. She was also the production editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review.

Ms. Gaver received a number of awards and distinctions while in law school including book awards in eight classes including torts, property, legal writing, and constitutional law; pro bono honors; best staff article, Florida Coastal Law Review; and best editor, Florida Coastal Law Review.
