January 3, 2018 – The Florida Supreme Court appointed Cheryl L. Worman, a shareholder and board member of Rogers Towers, to the Court's Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases. As new opinions are issued by the Courts or changes occur in Florida law, the Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending changes to instructions provided to juries in civil cases. Worman will serve a three-year term on the committee.

As a Board Certified Construction Lawyer, Ms. Worman is an expert in construction litigation, and she practices extensively in the area of medical malpractice defense.   Her experience also includes client representation in commercial litigation, premises liability claims, road construction, insurance and other complex matters. Ms. Worman also has deep courtroom experience, representing plaintiffs and defendants in arbitration as well as bench and jury trials.
