Ms. Hill is a member of Rogers Towers' Business & Tax department. She brings broad-based transactional and franchising experience to Rogers Towers. Ms. Hill served as General Counsel at Maple Street Biscuit Co. Under Ms. Hill's direction, she guided that company's rapid expansion and franchising. The expansion and success of Maple Street drew the interest of Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, who ended up acquiring Maple Street at the end of 2019. Ms. Hill then moved to Cracker Barrel's headquarters in Nashville and continued to serve in the role of Chief Operating Officer of Maple Street. After fulfilling her commitment, she returned to North Florida and joined Rogers Towers.
Prior to going in-house with Maple Street, Ms. Hill worked with several start-ups and closely held companies on a wide variety of corporate matters including formation, growth, general contract review, and exit strategies.
